When I was doing my GCSE in school I was struggling as I'm dyslexic, I had lost all my confidence as I had achieved a U in the mock exams, my English teacher at school did not have the time to sit with me, so my parents decided to get a private tutor. I was very nervous meeting Aimee at first as I thought she would just think I was thick. Aimee spent my whole first session explaining how she would teach me, boosting my confidence and making me realise I was not alone. I only saw Aimee for about 2 months before my exam in which I achieved a D in Literature and E in Language. Even though I didn't get the grade C I feel like I did really well in such a short space of time, had I seen Aimee earlier I am sure I would have achieved the grade C. Aimee gave me the confidence to continue in education and believe in myself.
